Formatta E-Forms Manager incorporates proven 128-bit encryption to secure both the form and data - a necessary feature for the protection, privacy and non-repudiation of e-forms and data. Encryption ensures that your data is always protected, even when transmitted over the Internet or by email.

Database & Application Integration

Formatta e-forms are automatically encrypted when submitted to Formatta E-Forms Manager. Once received and authenticated, these forms are validated, decrypted, processed and stored.

Index image data and form content may be extracted from processed e-forms at any time for import into just about any commercially available database or content management system.

Supported data export formats include XML, Excel, CSV and Pipe Delimited.

Signing and Authentication

Formatta E-Forms Manager features a unique, easy to manage signing and authentication system that supports X.509 and requires no end user digital certificates. Setup is very straightforward - an administrator simply creates end user profiles to enable both signing and authenticated submission of forms. This can be done for an unlimited number of end users.
