Database Integration

This example illustrates how database lookups and updates can be performed through E-Forms Manager,
providing real-time data integration. It also shows other standard and easily-configured form design and
automation features that can be implemented with no programming, including:
Approval Routing

This is an example of a simple travel request approval workflow. The form allows multiple signatures for
different participants in the approval process and allows real-time workflow status checking. In real life, the
form would be automatically routed by E-Forms Manager among users in order to quickly complete the
approval process. Features illustrated in this demo include:

- Electronic signing that accepts a user's portal credentials to identify the user
- Electronic submission, which sends the form and its data to the server for processing

RDBMS) for validating user credentials when signing - Dynamic rule-based routing of forms among users in a business process
- Ability for users to get real-time workflow status and history by clicking a button on the form
