Grant Wagner
President and CEO

Grant Wagner is President and CEO of Formatta Corporation. Grant has
over fifteen years of executive leadership roles in global software companies and has repeatedly
demonstrated his skills in building and growing highly effective direct and channel sales organizations
nationally and internationally.

Before leading Formatta, he was Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales at New Technology
Management, Inc. (NTMI), a federal government systems integrator specializing in Department of Homeland
Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD) security solutions; Senior Vice President of Software
Sales at Integic, Inc., a government systems integrator and software vendor acquired by Northrop Grumman
Corp.; and a Managing Director at Corstone Capital Corporation, a private merchant banking and services
group. He was also Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales at OTG Software, Inc., now part of EMC. At
OTG he built a global sales organization of over 100 people, developed an extensive channel (VAR,
distributor, OEM, systems integrators and direct sales) which was essential to OTG’s sales growth, and
helped take the company public. Prior to OTG, Grant served for nine years in numerous sales and executive
management positions at Computer Associates International, Inc.

Grant has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware.

David Sutor
Chief Financial Officer

David Sutor has served as Formatta CFO since early 2009. David brings more than 15 years of strategic and
operating experience to Formatta and has been CFO of several venture-backed enterprise software
companies.

Prior to joining Formatta, Sutor served as CFO of Democracy Data and Communications during a period of
significant growth.   He was also CFO of NFR Security, where he was responsible for the raising additional
equity and ultimately a successful strategic sale to Check Point Software. Sutor has also held executive
roles at TIGI Corporation and Mitel Networks, where his roles included head of business operations and
head of financial planning.

David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Joseph Lyons,
Chief Technology Officer

Joe Lyons has over a decade of leadership experience in the development of software products and
enterprise applications and over the last 15 years has played numerous roles in the areas of IT project
management, software engineering, enterprise architecture, business analysis, and sales and marketing.

Joe joined Formatta in 2003 where he manages the design and development of Formatta’s software
product suite. His primary focus is on the delivery of new products, features, and deployment options that
will enable customers to achieve rapid success in optimizing their business processes through the use of
Formatta technology.

Prior to Formatta, Joe worked for seven years as a project manager and software engineer at Tallan, a
custom software services consulting company, leading the design and development of mission-critical
enterprise applications for customers in the retail, telecommunications, and energy industries.   During this
time, he achieved significant results in applying creativity, sound practices, and proven technologies in order
to provide high quality solutions to customer needs. Using proven iterative approaches to software
development, these solutions were able to be delivered quickly while meeting strict requirements for
functionality, scalability, and security.

Joe has a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College.
