A cost-effective catalog for storing, publishing and automating e-forms, Formatta E-Forms Manager features native data export to Microsoft Excel; form signing and authentication with User IDs and passwords; and form repository management, including storage, publication, reporting, testing, versioning and expiration of forms. Forms published using E-Forms Manager can be accessed via the Internet, a local intranet or a LAN.
Also included is Formatta’s new E-forms Business Pack, a catalog of forms and templates for companies to use out-of-the-box. E-Forms Manager features a utility to automatically customize the entire catalog with company-specific information, such as name, address and phone number. This gives companies the ability to reduce their e-forms deployment time from several weeks to merely a few hours.
Built-in security features prevent unauthorized users from publishing or submitting forms, and Formatta’s native encryption protects confidential information even when forms are submitted across the Internet.
