Pre-Filling a Form on the Server
This demonstration shows how Formatta Server can be used to populate a form with data from the server, then provide the form to a user on the Internet or on your company intranet. 

To use this demo, enter some user information into the form below, then click the "Get Form" button.  Formatta Server will pre-populate a form template with the information you have entered then provide you with the populated form.
